NPL 2025 Tournament Format
- 8 teams play in a round-robin group stage
- Each team plays 7 matches
- Top 4 teams qualify for playoffs
- Format includes Eliminator, Qualifier 1 & 2, and Final
- Points awarded for wins, NRR used for tie-breakers
NPL is played in a Round Robin format same as other international leagues, PSL, CPL, and IPL. According to this format, two qualifiers and one eliminator will be played among the top 4 teams of the league.
1st qualifier will be played between the top 2 teams. The winner will advance to the final, while the loser will play qualifier 2.
The eliminator will be played between the third and fourth teams on the points table. The winner of the eliminator will play qualifier 2.
Now, the winner of qualifier 2 will play in the final against the winner of qualifier 1, while the other two teams have been eliminated from the tournament.
The winner of the final will take the trophy and prize money home.
